Cutting Tools

​These tools were designed with two purposes in mind: Decreasing machining cycle times while maintaining geometric tolerances between machined features.
 
The tools are BT mounted and are placed in the machining center's tool magazine.  Each tool has a series of indexable inserts which machine in progression the internal geometries of flow control valves.  Coolant passages machined inside the tools carry coolant directly into the machined area where the machining center's conventional flood coolant can not reach.
